How do I make a booking?

How far in advance can I make a booking?
Generally within a 12 month period and advance bookings can secure you some great savings. Destinations and specific offers will constantly be updated so please check our website or speak to a BIG4 Staff Member on 1800 632 237.
What if I require facilities for special needs?
Please make special requirement requests at the time of booking.
What if I am travelling for a special occasion?
If you are travelling for a special occasion such as your honeymoon or celebrating a milestone birthday, please let us know.
Can we walk to Sovereign Hill?
Yes, the park is only a 300 metre walk from Sovereign Hill, so you can leave you car here in the park.
How far are you from Melbourne?
We are 110km from Melbourne.
Is there public transport to the city centre?
Yes there is a bus service that runs 7 days a week or you could walk the 1.2km.
Do we need to bring sheets, blankets, towels and pillows for our accommodation?
It depends on what style of accommodation you have chosen for you holiday. All accommodation has the main bed made but you are required to bring your own sheets, blankets, towels and pillows for the 4 berth Studio Cabin and the Standard Cabins. Or, bedding hire is available when prearranged with our friendly team before you arrive.
Do I get my deposit back if I cancel my reservation?
It depends on how much notice you give when you cancel - please refer to the cancellation policy.
Do I need to book in advance?
Our park is very popular so we recommend that you make your reservation in advance to avoid disappointment. Especially during school holidays, long weekends and Winter Wonderlights.
Do you have WiFi?
WiFi is free to guests every day, all day with a limit of 300MB per day. This 300MB rolls over at midnight.
